Hey hey everyone.. A friend suggest me to start blogging and I decided to. I have been cooking different kinds of food and I want to share those with you all whos Vegetarian or Vegan!
Other day I made tofu along with sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and carrots. I d have to make the list for it so you all can make it. But anyway I added some extra virgin olive then lastly top it off with maple syrup.. It was so delicious. Just right sweet and spicy, I added some chili powder. I wish I did took picture of it.
Last week I made my first sushi, vegetarian sushi of course. I combined it with of variety of things. Carrot, cucumber, spinach, radiss, avocado, and mushroom for the filling. I made like four rolls and served almost of my family. Also it was my first try to make sushis and I m impressed on my first try.
Other food I made today was so delicious, a pizza. I made a whole wheat pizza dough with lot of toppings. Even though I wanted not to use cheese but since I was making bunch of people, my friend and family and they arent vegan so I added a bit of cheese. The toppings were, tomato, avocado, mushroom, onion, green pepper, and spinach. It was excellent pizza!! It was my first time making it though. The next time I make it, I will add more variety of toppings, any ideas?
